Who Virtuoso is for
Virtuoso is designed for medium and larger enterprises where operational data volumes make manual accounting or isolated, partial automation insufficient. It is the system of record for organizations that:
- run dozens of departments and hundreds of concurrent users;
- process tens of thousands of documents a month;
- operate across multiple legal entities, warehouses, currencies, and sites;
- need management information fast enough to support operational and strategic decisions;
- can’t afford to have finance, production, and supply chain disagreeing on the numbers.
Proven where the stakes are highest
More than 30 successful implementations are running Virtuoso in production today, across organizations of very different scale and profile:
- Country-wide and government systems with distributed regional deployments, large user populations, and statutory reporting obligations.
- Municipal companies and public utilities running on public-sector accounting and budget-execution standards.
- Large industrial plants with MRPII-aligned production planning, complex routings, multi-stage costing, and asset-intensive operations.
- Multi-entity enterprises consolidating finance, supply chain, and HR across legal entities, currencies, and sites.
Each deployment is configured to the customer’s accounting model, regulatory environment, and operational reality — not forced into a one-size-fits-all template.
Whole-cycle ERP, not just an accounting suite
Virtuoso covers the complete business cycle, not just the financial back office: demand planning, procurement and supply, warehouse and inventory, production planning and execution, quality and maintenance, sales, distribution and logistics, settlements, financial and tax accounting, payroll and HR, fixed assets, budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting — all on one integrated information base.
The functional model aligns with established standards: MRPII for material and capacity planning, double-entry accounting, multidimensional analytical accounting, and statutory and tax reporting frameworks adapted per jurisdiction. The platform respects how these standards are meant to work — not a partial reinterpretation.
What we believe about ERP
Software should serve the accounting model, not the other way around. Documents, workplaces, formulas, templates, reports, and even specialized modules should be configurable to the way your business actually works.
Every indicator must be explainable. Every number on a management report should drill down to the source operation that produced it.
Single entry, single source of truth. Master data lives in one place. Every workplace sees it in the form it needs — without intermediate synchronization layers.
Forecasting and accounting belong on the same screen. Preliminary posting, modeling, and drill-up let people decide before they commit, not after.
What Virtuoso covers
A single platform spanning:
- Procurement, supply, and warehouse management.

- Sales, distribution, CRM, and retail/wholesale.
- Financial accounting, tax accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- HR, timekeeping, and payroll.

- Client-bank, customs, electronic-scale, and cash-register integration.
- Distributed databases, role-based workplaces, and end-to-end reporting.
How Virtuoso is built
A client-server SQL DBMS platform — historically Microsoft SQL Server — supporting multi-user concurrency, distributed databases, and asynchronous replication. Print forms via Crystal Reports. Native MS Office export. Configurable document screens, arithmetic models, formulas, and workplaces. Hardlock-protected licensing. Remote and terminal-server access for distributed teams.
What we deliver, beyond software
- Implementation — configuration of charts of accounts, VAT schemes, costing items, document templates, workplaces, and analytical dimensions to your accounting model.
- Integration — connectors to existing accounting systems, electronic banks, cash registers, scales, customs systems, and external databases.
- Adaptation — wizards, reports, formulas, and specialized modules tailored to your business processes.
- Operations — administration, period close discipline, distributed-database operation, and consolidation across corporate entities.
